These Terms of Service govern your use of the LocalHeroes online store operated by Sleipnir Oy, a company registered in Finland (Business ID: 3150011-2), with its registered address at PL 135, 00101 Helsinki, Finland.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Orders

All products sold through LocalHeroes are made to order using print-on-demand production. Product images are representative; minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the local currency of your market and include applicable VAT where required. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3–4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy before purchasing. They describe our current return process, customer-paid change-of-mind return shipping, remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, available delivery destinations, and checkout-calculated shipping charges. Ordinary print-on-demand items are not treated as exempt from a statutory withdrawal right merely because they are produced after ordering. 5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, graphics, and other content on this store are the property of Sleipnir Oy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this store without prior written permission.

6. Use of the Store

You agree to use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not: use the store in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the store; use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleipnir Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
