Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses in Finland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Destination availability is confirmed at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items ordered, and the order weight. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold. The final charge is shown before you place your order.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing varies by destination and fulfilment route, so we do not currently publish a fixed delivery promise. Tracking details are sent when they become available. If timing is important, email support@wearyourcity.shop before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?
You may notify us that you want to return an item within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of normal return postage. Email support@wearyourcity.shop before sending anything back. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected; see our Refund Policy for details.

Can I exchange a size or style?
We do not currently offer free or direct size or style exchanges. An eligible item can be returned under our Refund Policy and a new order placed separately.

What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email support@wearyourcity.shop as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for information or photos reasonably needed to assess it. Where LocalHeroes is responsible, we arrange an appropriate remedy at no cost to you.

Available sizes vary by product and are shown on each product page. If you need help before ordering, email support@wearyourcity.shop.

Orders

Can I track my order?
Tracking details are sent when they become available.

Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation while an item remains unfulfilled through Withdraw from or return an order, or by emailing support@wearyourcity.shop as soon as possible. We cannot promise cancellation after fulfilment has started.
