Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses in Finland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. The available destinations are confirmed at checkout. Australia and other destinations not offered at checkout are not currently active selling destinations.

Shipping charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the items ordered, and the order weight. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold. The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing varies by destination and fulfilment route. We do not currently publish a fixed production or delivery promise. Tracking details are sent when they become available. If timing is important, email support@wearyourcity.shop before ordering.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Check the delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@wearyourcity.shop as soon as possible. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or the parcel has not arrived within the carrier's expected range, email support@wearyourcity.shop with your order number so we can investigate.
