Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over £50 (UK), €50 (EU), or $75 USD.

Orders under the free threshold: £8 (UK), €9 (EU), $12 (USA).

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from when your order ships. Orders are printed and processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders over €60/£60/$75 USD equivalent qualify for free shipping.

International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. Some countries may take longer depending on customs.

Orders in Transit

Once an order ships, we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. That said, we're happy to help troubleshoot. Email support if your order is delayed beyond expected delivery windows.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

30 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return

Email support@localheroesshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return label. Ship the item back at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds process within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send the new item and provide a free return label for the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shirt arrived damaged or with a print defect, email photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately with no return required.
