Shipping

We currently ship to eligible addresses in Finland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Destination availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the items in your order, and the order weight. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold. The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Delivery timing varies by destination and fulfilment route. We do not currently publish a fixed delivery promise. Tracking details are sent when they become available. If timing is important, email support@wearyourcity.shop before ordering.

30-day returns

You may notify us that you want to return an item within 30 days after delivery. For consumers covered by a statutory right of withdrawal, the first 14 days are the statutory withdrawal period; LocalHeroes voluntarily extends the notification window to 30 days for eligible goods. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this extension.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of normal return postage. During a statutory withdrawal period, you may examine and try on the item as you reasonably could in a shop. For the voluntary part of the 30-day window, the item must be clean, undamaged, and not worn beyond trying it on.

Email support@wearyourcity.shop before sending anything back and include your order number and the item you want to return. Wait for return instructions. We do not currently offer free or direct size or style exchanges; an eligible item can be returned and a new order placed separately.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Rights relating to defective or incorrect goods are separate from the change-of-mind window and are not limited to 30 days. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email support@wearyourcity.shop as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for information or photos reasonably needed to assess it. Where LocalHeroes is responsible, we arrange an appropriate remedy and necessary return handling at no cost to you.
